How do you work out what my car is worth?
We look at the make, model, year, condition, and whether it runs. The details you give us set your offer. When our driver arrives, they check the car matches. If it does, that's the price you're paid.
Is the towing really free?
Yes. When we buy your car, pickup is free anywhere in metro Melbourne. For longer regional trips we'll tell you upfront if distance affects the offer, before you agree to anything.
What kind of cars do you buy?

How fast can you pick it up?
